Coping Bash 3

This was the 3rd Coping Bash contest. Skull Skates was the title sponsor of the event. It was held to celebrate 40 years of Skull Skates.

SBC Restaurant was the host to the third event. Located on Main and Hastings in Vancouver, BC, it provides a beacon of light in a depressed area.

This night the beacon was on full blast.

It was all started off with the Ladies. As they say, Ladies first!

Invitational By Skull Skates

Skull Skates wanted to celebrate their 40 year anniversary with an invitational event. They invited the best that have stepped on a board. From the old schools riders to the underground champs. They were all called.

The best came out.

Watch the invitational video to see Eve Feaver tearing up the ramp along with other Skull Skates invitees.

The Mini Ramp Champs

Next came the Advanced skaters. Every one of them was seeking their piece of the $1000.00 cash purse.

After the Advanced runs came the Best Trick Contest on the Pool Ladder. A creation like none other. Jeff Muirhead created a skate able pool ladder replica for the event. Locked in place it made for some heavy skateboard action.

Watch as Vulcan Bolts team riders, Eve Feaver and Riley Allen compete with the best that Vancouver has to offer.

Amazing Event

The Coping Bash contest presented by Skull Skates was an amazing event. SBC Restaurant was packed to the rafters with skaters and a huge audience.
